Running

Going for a 6 mile run.  It's cold here and I didn't bring the right gear.  In the 30's and I have shorts and a running tee.  As I like to say it's not always sunny on race day, get your butt out there sissy.

Toured the Cycling Hall of Fame

In a coaching clinic all day.  Walked around Davis for about an hour.  The coaching group got a private tour of the no yet open to the public Cycling Hall of Fame.  I saw one of my friend's bikes in there Pam Barker I posted it on my facebook.
